Black Queens midfielder Grace Asantewaa scores twice in EDF Logrono’s win over Athletic Club Feminino

Black Queens midfielder Grace Asantewaa bagged brace for EDF Logrono as they defeated Athletic Club Feminino by 3-0 in the Iberdrola on Tuesday afternoon.

Asantewaa scored in the 2nd and 40th minute of the game as Logrono walloped Athletic Club in a snowy weather.

The former Ampem Darkoa star was withdrawn on the 81st minute as her side recorded back to back victory in this season’s competition.

The goal was her first goal of the season after twelve games.

Asantewaa also dedicated the goal to her teammates Olga Garcia Perez who underwent a knee surgery yesterday.
