On this day 14 November 2019 (Exactly 2years ago today) Black Stars of Ghana produced a super performance to beat the Bafana Bafana of South Africa by 2-0 in the opening group C of the AFCON 2021 qualifiers.
The Black Stars Started the game strongly in midfield with Alfred Duncan, Thomas Partey, and Baba Mohammed dominating the South Africans
With the stakes getting high, the Ghanaian players raised their game and surged into the South African goal area.
The Black Stars came Close in the 10th minute with a teasing free kick that weaved its way to the goalkeeper.
Ghana came close again with Alfred Duncan surging forward to set Emmanuel Boateng, whose effort was deflected for corner.

Ghana came into the fame again strongly with sine interpositional play from Thomas Partey, and Alfred Duncan, with a gazing defence, Thomas Partey weaved himself through to shot from 25 yards to break the deadlock.
The South African through Percy Tau took control of the game after the goal but Richard Ofori stood tall to deny them till half time
The Black Stars returned to the second half with a must more impressive play with Jordan Ayew running the lines.
With a couple of decent chances on the Ghanaians way, Thomas Partey’s long distance strike flew over in an attempt to score
Jordan Ayew also came into the game with an acute angle curler went inches wide.
With the game on them, the South Africans locked their defense, pushing the Black stars to play wide.
Ghana’s young midfielder Kudus Mohammed who replaced Alfred Duncan was an instant hit with a super goal in the 80th minute.
The Black Stars Enjoyed some good play denying the South Africans any opportunity of getting a goal.
