David Abagna Sandan took his goal tally to give from three league matches with a powerful double at home to West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) in the Ghana Premier League match-day three.
The Real Tamale United FC attacking midfielder scored his second successive brace to down the Academy Boys with dominant outing at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium.
Having scored three goals in his opening two matches including a brace away to Legon Cities FC, David Abagna added WAFA SC to his casualty list with an opening goal after just 10 minutes to put RTU into a deserved lead.
The sharp shooting attacking prodigy then came close to doubling his tally but for forest of legs and world class goalkeeping to deny him.
His inspired form however shook off the opposition from WAFA SC in what remains his most influential performance in the season so far.
An insurance goal with 15 minutes to regulation time only confirmed the class of David Abagna on the pitch.
He has now scored against Accra Great Olympics FC, Legon Cities FC and WAFA SC to take his personal tally to five goals from the first three league matches.
