Tema Youth SC opts for Tema Mantse Sports Stadium as new home venue for 2021/22 DOL Season
Division One League side Tema Youth SC has announced a new match venue ahead of the 2021/22 National Division One League season.
The Tema based club have adopted the newly constructed Tema Mantse Sports Stadium as their home ground for the new campaign.
The was built by the Governmrnt of Ghana as part of the “One Constituency, One Astro Turf” initiative.
Tema Youth FC’s decision to use the Tema Mantse Sports Stadium in Tema New Town follows the rejection of the Tema Sports Stadium as match venue by the Club Licensing Board of the Ghana Football Assocoation (GFA).
The Tema Sports Stadium has since its construction in 2008, served as home venue for not just Tema Youth, but several other clubs from the Tema enclave including Inter Allies and more recently Amidaus Professionals.
