Twelve (12) juvenile clubs from the ten (10) footballing regions of Ghana will converge in the national capital, Accra for the maiden edition of the Juvenile U-17 Champions League.
The tournament, which will kick off on Monday December 6, 2021, was officially launched by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) at their Secretariat in Accra on Thursday.
Greater Accra and the Ashati Regions will present two teams each while the other eight footballing Regions have a team each to form the 12-team competition.
Districts and Regional championships are currently ongoing to determine the participants for the inaugural juvenile competition.
The tournament, for the next years will be sponsored by the KGL Foundation as part of their co-operate responsibility towards sports and education.
