Asante Kotoko midfielder Fabio Gama will not be staying with the club for next season, according to the club
The Ghanaian giants are currently shaping up for the 2022/22 CAF Champions League after winning claiming the Ghana Premier League title.
Game who played a key role in the Kotoko team as a offensive midfielder, was expected to renew his contract but that failed due to disagreements between the two parties.
The Brazilian join Asante Kotoko on two years contract in 2020. He has contributed massively to Kotoko’s glory of winning the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League.
Asante Kotoko took to their Twitter handle to thanked the Brazilian for his service.

Fabio informed Management at the end of the season of his desire to explore other opportunities elsewhere after two successful season with the Club. He explained the personal and family reasons related to the decision and Management are respectful of same. It was never an issue of the club’s inability to meet his demands as none was made.
We thank Fabio and his family for many wonderful memories, positive attitude and sense of professionalism during his stay.
Asante Kotoko wish him the very best in his next adventure.
