The Phobians pruned their squad with some household names leaving the club in the off season including Kofi Kodzi.
Management of the 2000 CAF Champions League handed the number 10 jersey to Emmanuel Nettey while Patrick Razak picked his favorite number 17.
Goalkeeper Richard Attah maintained his number 30 shirt with Nuru Sulley picking number 23 shirt for the season.
Hearts of Oak will open the Ghana Premier League season against league contenders Aduana Stars at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa on Saturday.
