The Skolars continued to dominate, but Tigers’ Klugey scored his second try of the game on the 52-minute mark of which conversion was again missed by Montchon. Da Gama ran in and converted Skolars fourth try, extending their lead to 22-12.
The Tigers fought back with all their might, but it was not until Yakubu scored a try at the 73-minute mark that they were able to close the gap. They missed the conversion, and the score remained 22-16 in favor of the Skolars.
With just minutes left on the clock, Klugey nearly completed his hat trick, but a desperate tackle from the Skolars prevented the try. However, it was too little too late, and the final score remained 22-16 in favor of the Skolars.
It was a hard-fought victory for the Skolars, who had dominated the game for the most part. The Tigers put up a valiant effort, but in the end, it was not enough to secure the win. Both teams left the field exhausted but proud of their efforts, knowing that they had given their all in this fierce Rugby League battle.
