Kwame Asuah Takyi among three-member committee to oversee Great Olympics
Lawyer Kwame Asuah Takyi, Kudjoe Fianoo and former Great Olympics Chief Executive Oloboi Commodore, has been appointed to a three-member committee tasked with overseeing the club’s affairs.
This decision comes in the aftermath of the club’s relegation from the Ghana Premier League after the recent season.
Following an emergency meeting, Great Olympics opted to dissolve their management and technical teams.
The newly formed sub-committee, composed of seasoned individuals including Commodore, will play a crucial role in steering the club through this transitional phase.
The club has also confirmed its intention to swiftly appoint replacements for both the management and technical teams. Despite securing a walkover victory in their final match of the season, Olympics faced relegation, adding urgency to their restructuring efforts.
Great Olympics are determined to bounce back and regain their standing in Ghanaian football, aiming for a successful future in the Division One League.
