Ghana Premier League outfit Asante Kotoko are set to return to Adako Jachie – the club’s training grounds – as the Porcupine Warriors gear up for the upcoming Ghanaian top flight and the CAF Champions League.
Asante Kotoko, record holders of the Ghanaian top flight used the over six-month wait for football to return to put their house in order with the appointment of a twelve-member board of directors which was followed by the appointment of Nana Yaw Amponsah as CEO and rounded things up with the unveiling of the eight-member management team.
Since the president eased restrictions on football, clubs have adhered to the Covid-19 protocols by testing their players and technical staff while trying to put their players through their paces.
The Porcupine Warriors are not an exception and went through the process of testing their players and will resume training today at Adako Jachie.
The Reds have put plans in motion to transform Adako Jachie into an ultra-modern sports complex Adako Jachie project with local construction firm Nom Company Limited, Construction and Container Modification Company given the task to realize the dreams of Asante Kotoko.
