Andre Ayew has pulled out of the Black Stars squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola in Luanda on Monday, March 27.
The Ghana captain is said to have picked up a knee injury during a warm-up on the touchline in the first fixture between the two teams at the Baba Yara Stadium last Thursday.
Captain Andre Ayew has pulled out of Ghana’s squad for the trip to Angola for Monday’s game.
He picked up a knee injury while warming up along the touchline during Thursday’s win in Ksi.

The Nottingham Forest man has now been given permission to pull out of the squad by the team doctors.
Andre is expected to travel back to England for further assessment on the extent of the injury.
The 33-year-old was left on the bench by Chris Hughton in his first game as head coach of the national as GHANA went on to record a 1-0 win Angola.
The Black Stars are top of Group E following Thursday’s win over the Palencas Negras.
