Sports Enthusiast And CEO of CODA Edges Out Incumbent Hon Tina Mensah In Race For Weija Gbawe Constituency MP
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Coastal Development Authority (CODA), Lawyer Jerry Ahmed Shaib appears to be gaining grounds Weija-Gbawe Constituency which is currently occupied by Hon. Tina Mensah.
In a recent survey conducted by a privately owned Media outlet, Hon. Tina Mensah will find it extremely difficult to retain her seat should the New Patriotic Party open nomination for the Constituency Parliamentary Primaries.
The survey which was carried out among Delegates in the Weija Gbawe Constituency puts Lawyer Jerry Ahmed Shaib far ahead of the incumbent MP with over 81.5% whiles Tina Mensah is languishing at the bottom with a little over 18.5%.

Jerry Ahmed Shaib was appointed by President Akufo Addo in 2018 as the CEO of the Coastal Development Authority in pursuant to Section 3(1) of the Coastal Development Authority Act, 2017 (Act 961). And ever since he assumed office the Coastal communities of Ghana has regained hope.
