Ridge City Football Club Women attacking forward Loretta Afful was adjusted the Most Valuable Player of just ended 2021/22 Greater Accra Regional Football Women Championship.
Loretta scored twice in their 4-0 win against Kasoa- based side Blessed Ladies FC in final play-off of the GARFA Women’s Division One League at La McDan park.
Loretta scored 16 goals in 12 games in the GARFA Women’s Division One League to help Ridge City FC to top Group A. She won the Golden Boot award as the top scorer in the league.

Ridge City Football Club Women have now booked their place in this year’s Southern Zone Women’s Division One League Zonal Championship play-offs which is scheduled to take place at Alyinase CAM park at Karela Friday, July 8 to Sunday July 17, 2022 where the two top team from the southern zone will qualify to the Women’s Premier League.
