Ghana names final squad for AFCON 2021 qualifiers against South Africa & São Tomé and Príncipe

Black Stars Head Coach CK Akonnor has named a 27-man squad for the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifying matches to be played this weekend.

Ghana will play Bafana Bafana of South Africa away on Thursday 25th March, 2021 in Johannesburg, before hosting São Tomé and Príncipe in Accra.

The Black Stars who sits at the top of Group C with 9 points after four games are in search of a win to the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

Ghana needs just a point from their final two games to seal a place at next year’s competition in Cameroon.
