Guinean outfit CI Kamsar have successfully acquired the services of midfielder Martin Antwi from Kumasi-based Asante Kotoko on a one-year deal.
Antwi, becomes the second Ghanaian to join the Guinean CAF Champions League representatives after Amos Frimpong joined earlier this month, and will be expected to add his experience and skills set to help Kamsar in their quest to seal a group stage berth in the CAF interclub championship.
Martin Antwi played a key role as Asante Kotoko reached the group stage of the CAF Confederations Cup a few seasons ago under the tactical tutelage of current Black Stars head coach CK Akonnor.
CI Kamsar took to the club’s official Twitter account to announce the capture of the former WAFA captain.
Antwi Martin est désormais notre joueur. Le milieu du terrain Ghanéen a signé pour une saison avec nous en provenance de l’@AsanteKotoko_SC de Kumasi.
