Ghanaian and Dunajska Streda attacker,Zuberu Sharani has said that playing football in an empty football is strange and they miss the presence of their cherished football fans.
In an interview with Ghsportsnews.com, the 20year old said, “Playing in an empty stadium is very strange. Playing without the fans is not easy. Of course we play to win but then we also play for the fans as well because the energy and the motivations they bring to the stadium is incredible and i think it’s really strange without them”
The Dunajska Streda forward further recounted how his first loan spell in the Czech elite division with Sparta Prague went.
“My loan spell with Sparta was a very good experience even though there were challenges like language barrier and also my first time playing football outside the shores of Ghana. The experience was good because that’s where i also learnt a lot about what it take to be a professional player and also what it take to play at the top level and i learnt a lot from there.”
Zuberu Sharani is on loan at Dunajska Streda in the Slovakian elite division from Dreams fc.
