Kumasi Asante Kotoko, will take on RC Kadiogo in the CAF Champions League preliminary round match at the Baba Yara Sports stadium in Kumasi.
This development comes after the CAF Club Licensing department granted the club the license to use the stadium for their home games.
The Ghana Football Association says a collaborative effort with the National Sports Authority, ensured that the stadium met all the club licensing requirements.
The game will take place on Sunday, September 18, 2022 and will kick-off at 3pm.
Ivorian referee, Patrick Tanguy Jean Phillipe Vlei, has been named referee for the match and will be assisted by compatriots, Koabenam Prosper Adiouman, Kalidou Bamba and Kouassi Frederic Francois Biro.
