MATCH REPORT: Asante Kotoko SC Fail to win their match Opener as they drew 1-1 with Techiman Eleven Wonders

Asante Kotoko opened their 2020/2021 Ghana Premier league with a 1-1 home draw with Techiman based Eleven Wonders at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Coach Maxwell Konadu and his came into the game to get their first win of the season but they were denied by Eleven Wonders.

The visitors came closer to score on 4th minutes of the game but Sule Musa was denied by goalkeeper in poles for Kotoko Felix Annan.

Again the visitors came closer to get their first goal again they were denied by Felix Annan

On the 28 minutes Asante Kotoko had their first chance of the game but they were denied by John Moosie in poles of Eleven Wonders

The first half ended 0-0 with Eleven Wonders donating the entire first half of the game. Eleven Wonders played good football and created a lot of chances in the first half but the failed to Covent their chances.

Latif Anabila got injured on the 53 minutes of the game and he was replaced by Emmanuel Sarkodie

Just after Emmanuel Sarkodie was introduced into the game he gave a splendid pass to Kwame Poku to get the oponer for Asante Kotoko on the 54th minutes.

Felix Annan came to rescue Kotoko with a World class save on the 58th minutes.

Prince Okraku got the equalizer for the visitors on the 75 minutes of the game. They Game ended 1-1

Asante Kotoko will travel to face Berekum Chelsea in the match day two against Berekum Chelsea at Berekum Golden City Park
