Rebranded Berry Ladies produced a great fighting spirit to beat Police Ladies 2-1 in the Ghana Women’s Premier League week 4 fixture at La Mc Dan Town Park.
Berry Ladies put up splendid performance this afternoon against Police Ladies. The ever lovely Faustina Akop opened the score line for the visitors in the 32nd minutes of the game.
Police Ladies got an equalizer just a minute after conceeding with a beautiful Strike from Victoria Williams Teye.
The first half department of the game ended 1-1
The second half began with Berry Ladies putting a lot of pressure on Police Ladies thanks to the tactical switch on the pitch of play.
However the visitors had a penalty in the 61st minutes Thelma Baffour Concerted nicely to give the the much need victory.
The game ended 2-1 for Beery Ladies to reflect the true proceedings on the pitch. Berry Ladies are now unbeaten in the Southern Zone, four games, four wins.
