The President of Ghana Table Tennis Association (GTTA), who doubles as a Board Member of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), Mr. Mawuko Afadzinu has been elected as the 1st Vice President for Ghana Olympic Committee.
He got the new position at the GOC Annual Congress which was held on Saturday December 17, 2022 at the Trust Sports Emporium Arena Bukom Accra.
Mawuko will now replace the late 1st Vice President of GOC, Mr. Paul Kodjoe Atchoe who ~has~ passed on July 20, 2022.
The former Chairman of the Marketing Sub-Committee of the GOC got 38 votes to beat former A.M.A boss Mr. Mohammed Adjei Sowah who had 19 votes.
