Ghana Football Association have postponed the nation’s second tier league less than two weeks to the opening round of matches in the championship.
The national division one league was scheduled to kick off in the first week of December only to be postponed by the Ghana FA.
Details of the new commencement date will be communicated to the stakeholders after an indoors consultations.
The 2020/21 National Division One League was slated for December 3, 2020 but might commence in the last weeks of December or the early part of January.
The championship is zoned into three sectors of 16 clubs each.
Winners of each zone qualifies into the Ghana Premier league.
