Chief Executive Officer for Berry Ladies FC and brand specialist, Mrs Gifty Oware Mensah has joined the race for the Ghana Football Association Executive Council election under the ticket of Women’s Representatives.
The revered administrator officially filed her nominations form at the Ghana Football secretariat before going on to launch her campaign.
The hugely patronized campaign launch, staged at La Palm Beach Hotel in Accra , left the crowed overwhelmed with detailed plans to revive female football in Ghana.
Mrs Gifty Oware Mensah, a former Deputy CEO at Berekum Chelsea FC , comes into the race with rich CV in the administration space with impactful contributions to the sporting ecosystem.
Her unique understanding of brand and communication reflected in the reshaping of Berry Ladies and KUSA Ladies FC amongst many other facets of the game.
With the Ghana Football Association officially inviting interested Ghanaians to contest in various positions at the Executive Council, the football space is set to witness one of the strongest contest in recent times.
As part of her plans to reshape female football in Ghana , Madam Gifty Oware Mensah tabled her 6-point policy namely Grassroots, talent Identification , Marketing and Sponsorship , national teams, league development , and education.
The detailed nature of her plans and road map left the crowd wowed as a new dawn looms for women’s football.
