Nicholas Gyan, who inked a two year deal with the Royals ahead of the commencement of the 2020/21 GHPL season has officially informed the club of his decision to terminate his contract.
Portion of his termination letter cited unhappy working environment as the key factor in his decision to terminate the two year deal with Legon Cities FC.
The reason why I want to terminate my contract is that I’m no longer happy working with the club”, excerpts from his letter reads.
Nicholas Gyan dropped down the pecking order in the camp of Legon Cities FC with only 80 minutes under his name all season long.
The 23-year old once led the Ghana Premier League goal-king chart before he left for abroad to continue his career.
He was once a target of two times Premier League champions Aduana Stars and also attracted interest from clubs in South Africa’s Premier Soccer League.
