Pack And Leave: Ashgold SC Releases FIVE STARS Ahead Of 2021/22 Football Season

Four times Ghana Premier league champions Ashgold SC trimmed down their playing body by five players ahead of the 2021/22 GHPL season

The Aboakese lads parted ways with five of their players on mutual basis to pave for some young talented players from their juvenile side.

Former Wa All Stars FC, Asante Kotoko SC and Medeama SC attacker, Nathaniel Asamoah, leads the quintet of players released by Ashgold SC that has goalkeeper Mohammed Balo included in it.

Jacob Asiedu Appau, Samad Mohammed and Micheal Boakye are the other three players to have been axed by the Miners as part of the rebuilding process.

Star forward, Seth Osei, who is also pushing for a dream contract with Asante Kotoko SC, is however set to spend the 2021/22 season with the Miners if he doesn’t secure a foreign contract in the coming weeks.
