Evans Opoku Bobie, who is the Member of Parliament for Asunafo North Constituency was appointed by President Akufo-Addo as Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports.
He has been vetted and approved by the vetting committee of Parliament after his marvellous performance at the vetting. His humility touched the house.

489,657.37 at Kukuom, the capital of the Asunafo
South District in the then Brong Ahafo Region.
He is being recognised as one of the best performing regional ministers during his tenure of office in the Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regions. He is expected to excel at the sports ministry.
