Asante Kotoko defender Patrick Yeboah has violently denied having a frosty relationship with his head coach Maxwell Konadu despite recent media reportage suggesting so.
Reports in the local media suggest that, the former Karela United left back is not in a good relationship with his coach Maxwell Konadu.
With over 6 central defenders in the books of Asante Kotoko SC, Yeboah dropped down the pecking order and was earmarked for loan spell in the winter transfer window.
“If I have problem with Maxwell, like he will not invite me to the Local Black Stars team. Before Maxwell joined Kotoko, we used to talk always. So if I had problem with him, I don’t think he will pick my calls or reply my text messages”, the Asante Kotoko SC defender told Mo TV.
“I remember one thing Maxwell told me was that, Patrick if you have form, I won’t allow you to be on bench as a coach. I need results, so why will you be in good form and I will say, let me used someone who will not get results for me no? “.
