Charles Bulu, who was stretched off the field has regained consciousness and is in high spirits.
It is alleged that he collapsed due to the very hot weather in Abidjan.
As a result, the match had to be called off with ten minutes left to be played, though it has no relevance since both countries have already secured qualification to the tournament in Cameroon.
The Ghana Football Association and Confederations of African Football are yet to comment on the incident.
