On 5 January, 2023, the leadership of the Ghana Football Association settled on Nora Hauptle as the new Black Queens Head Coach to replace coach Mercy Tagoe.
Form multiple debuts to varying tactical orientation the former Switzerland International has certainly seen a lot in her 334 days as the Black Queens Head Coach.

Her first assignment as the Black Queens Head Coach came on 19th February, 2023 in an international friendly at the Stade de l’Amitie. The Black Queens won the game by 3-0.
The 40- year old managed 10 matches since she took over from Mercy Tagoe with 10 wins and no defeat. Black Queens has scored 34 goals and conceded just a goal against Namibia at the Accra sports stadium.
