Renowned Ghanaian football administrator,Takyi Arhin has hit hard at critics, insisting he is still at the camp of 2019 Ghana football association presidential aspirant, Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer.
Speaking on Kumasi- based Light FM, the former Techiman Eleven Wonders general manager refuted claims that he had left the camp of Palmer to join that of the current GFA president, Kurt Okraku after praising his administration.
“No one can buy Thunder, how much will you give me?
I am very worthy, no one can satisfy me with his money.
The moment I speak in favour of someone, I have been bought, I speak against,I have collected money.
These are mediocre talks which need not to be entertained. Shallow minded people will conform to such talks”,he told Light FM.
“I am still a member of Osei Palmer’s (P4P) campaign team.
We are just on break after the elections. It’s neither here nor there that I have left P4P for Kurt Okraku”, he added.
The veteran football administrator further explained his reasons for showering praise on the new GFA administration.
“I am a football administrator who appreciates any person doing well for Ghana football, so if I congratulate Kurt for doing things right, what is the problem?”,he quizzed.
Takyi Arhin was one of the lead men in Wilfred Palmer’s campaign team during the 2019 GFA presidential election.
