The Ghana international, who was absolutely brilliant on the afternoon, scored his second goal of the season.
Before the first-half break, an equalizer from Brazilian youngster Gabriel Martinelli handed the home team the lead.
In the first ten minutes of the second half, Arsenal continued to dominate the game and scored twice through Reiss Nelson.
Subsequently, in the 57th minute, Thomas Partey pulled a rabbit out of a hat as he scored with a thunderous strike to give Arsenal a 4-0 lead.
Martin Odegaard added the 5th goal in the 78th as Arsenal restored their two-point lead over Manchester City at the summit, with Forest still bottom after an eighth defeat of the season.
