Salifu Ibrahim has shot Hearts of Oak into the lead at the Accra Sports Stadium in the Ghana Premier League matchweek 29 fixture.

Salifu pounced on a loose ball in the Medeama 18-year box to beat goalkeeper Frank Boateng in the near post.

The goal is the youngster’s third of the season.
