The Ghana Volleyball Association will hold an elective congress on April 28 to elect new executives to serve a four-year term.
According to the GVA President, George Tettey, nomination forms for interested candidates will be available for purchase at the association’s secretariat from April 12 to 17.
Candidates interested in contesting the position of president will be required to pay a fee of GH¢5,000 for the form, while forms for the vice-president positions are going for GH¢3,000 and GH¢1,000 for that of the treasurer, and executive members.
He revealed that the association was gearing up to compete in the Olympic Games qualifiers and other African international tournaments.
