Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of highly- rated Striker Victor Kwaku Aidoo from Division One Side Samartex FC ahead of 2020/21 season.
The 21-year-old lnked three-year deal with the Phobians after after a successful trials.
His contract with the Accra-based club will be expiring in 2023.
